Junior Content Creator

Noatune is an independent recording studio based in a thriving and busy area of Hackney. Founded by Danish owner Kris, the studios have been lovingly built with a bright, spacious design and a Scandi influence throughout. The first studio in East London to offer memberships from 2016, Noatune’s small team has always had a pro-active mindset and innovated the way recording studios operate.

We are looking for a full time Junior Content Creator & Admin Assistant to join us. Our studios host many writing and recording sessions with major labels as well as up and coming artists and as we grow we’re also looking to expand our fabulous team. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a great team with a community of engineers, producers, songwriters and musicians to work alongside.

You will be trained, supervised and work closely with the manager and the director, with the aim that you will be able to take responsibility and autonomy over areas of our marketing efforts and develop your skills and this role over time. Due to the nature of our business and the role this is not a work from home opportunity and you will be required to be working from our studios. **Junior Content Creator and Admin Assistant Duties**:

- Capture video and photos using our professional cameras and phones to create fabulous content, including joining sessions to take photos of artists in our studios and filming interviews with POI.
- Grow and expand Noatune’s online presence through regular posting on instagram and increase presence on platforms TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Assist in content creation planning and implementing streamlined schedules.
- Interact with followers across all social media channels.
- Updating Noatune’s Squarespace website as and when needed.
- Research and monitor activity of competitors
- Brainstorm ideas with the team and assist in implementing new strategies
- Assist in creating other written and graphic content in the form of newsletters, website blog posts and social media messages.
- Pioneer new social events for local artists / clients to expand Noatune's community and promote to new potential clients.
- A proactive, hard working enthusiastic individual, who is passionate about our business and visions.
- Passion and knowledge of the music industry and music production processes.
- Practical high level experience with social media content creation, photography, videography, editing and current trends. *Degree/professional experience preferred.
- Ensures our community and client satisfaction is at the core of all activity
- Accountability and high productivity.
- Lives close to the studios (within 30 min of E83RL ideally)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and flexible approach to work
