Zachary Daniels are recruiting a passionate Deputy Manager in West Yorkshire for a global quick service restaurant. You will have the ability to inspire and create an all round fantastic hospitality experience for your customers as well as lead and motiveyour team to success.
As Deputy Manager you will work with the General Manager closely, but also be given the freedom and responsibility manage your restaurant like it's your own. You'll come from a fast-paced restaurant previously and be able to take responsibility for and deliveringresults. As a Deputy General Manager you will a passionate, fun, energetic, love leading from the front and being the face of the business.
**As a Deputy General Manager your responsibilities will include the following**:
- A strong leader with proven experience of leading large teams within restaurant environments.
- A passion for outstanding food service.
- The ability to develop teams and up skill colleagues.
- Drive sales and make commercial standards to achieve budgets.
- Work closely with the business support team to achieve brand standards.
- Responsible for all audits and Health & Safety considerations.
- Support in the management of the Restaurant P&L.
- Control costs/hours/wastage etc.
- Hands on and able to support your team at all times.
- Experience of working in fresh food production environments an advantage.
- Have a proven track record in a fast paced environment.
- Enjoy being on the floor - No sitting in the office for you
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be target driven and customer service orientated
- Be highly motivated and ambitious.
- Be a self starter with a can do attitude.
**With a salary of up to £25,600 plus bonus, great benefits and genuine progression.**
