**Hours: 16 hours per week (2 days, 08:30 - 17:00)**
**About the Role**
This is a hands-on support role, perfect for someone with strong organisational skills and a good understanding of digital marketing. Working closely with the Group Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll ensure our website, chatbot, and social media channels are up to date, engaging, and focused on lead generation.
Your work will directly contribute to enhancing Red’s online presence, supporting sales growth, and ensuring we reach customers and the wider marketplace.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update website & content, keeping it accurate and aligned with our services.
- Manage and optimise chatbot flows to improve customer experience and capture leads.
- Draft, schedule, and post engaging content across social media channels.
- Monitor engagement on social platforms and coordinate responses with internal teams.
- Support lead generation activity across our website, chatbot, and social media.
- Track and report analytics to measure performance and highlight opportunities.
- Liaise with teams across the business to gather news, updates, and case studies for content.
- Assist in managing the marketing calendar and campaign schedules.
- Organise and maintain marketing assets and documentation.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in digital marketing or marketing support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, websites, and basic analytics tools.
- Confidence in maintaining and updating websites (e.g. WordPress or similar CMS)
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on accuracy and results.
- Confidence to suggest improvements and support innovation in lead generation.
