**Job Title**:General Restaurant Manager

**Location**:SHORYU, Oxford.

**Salary**: £35,500-£37,000 + £2,000 BONUS*

**Working hours**:Needs to be Fully flexible, 5 days a week, including weekends and weekdays.

From the team behind Japan Centre, Shoryu Ramen delivers top notch ramen, moreish street food side dishes and exciting sake cocktails.

At SHORYU we aim to deliver an immersive Japanese dining experience to all our guests. To help us achieve this, we want to recruit the very best General Manager to become the head of the SHORYU family. Do you think you have the confidence and personality for this role?

**The role**:
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering from suppliers, optimize profits and ensure that customer needs are met throughout their dining experience.

- You are confident, customer obsessed and excited by the opportunity to deliver the SHORYU experience to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
As General Restaurant Manager, you will take full accountability for your restaurant, your Team Members, setting the restaurant's agenda, fulfilling the SHORYU plan and growing business.
