**Responsibilities of the Position**:

- To oversee Exchange Traded Derivatives and OTC Derivative teams in an offshore location, ensuring daily accounting is accurate and timely for NAV production and that reporting is accurate.
- To process OTC trades and lifecycle events into the fund accounting system.
- To complete regular reporting for clients.
- To have a role in delivering client change and process improvement.
- Process OTC trades and lifecycle events and ensure accounting is accurate.
- Perform OTC reconciliations with vendor and middle office data.
- Produce client month end reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitor daily deliverables and drive through efficiency and process improvement.
- Maintain a strong control environment across the team.
- Support activities relating to the extensive pipeline of change activity for clients.

**Background of the Position**:

- Experience of working in a fund administration or middle office environment essential.
- Experience of servicing derivatives products desirable.
- Experience of accounting, valuation and/or administration of derivatives.
- Experience of having worked on technical projects desirable.
