**The role**:
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service. You will be responsible for supervising a team, who will be required to provide the best front line service for our customers, ensuring we deliver the full promise of our service. The Customer Service Supervisor will be able to communicate at all levels and provide a first class service to our customers. You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for supporting the Team Leader and team colleagues to deliver the full benefits of our Spares proposition, whilst promoting a culture of customer excellence throughout the team and the customer base.
- Building and developing strong people skills, developing a team of colleagues that can support the service offering, providing constructive feedback, coaching and guidance to all colleagues under your remit and in the wider customer hub as necessary. Recognise and act on training needs with the team as required.
- Any system related queries and be confident in articulating those to your line manager and/or wider Spares team, in order to secure a managed timely response - feedback and own all service issues to ensure full resolution.
- Supporting the delivery and business as usual activities by monitoring and reviewing the data, offering continuous improvement suggestions to help improve the internal and external processes and procedures the team are responsible for and that of the wider spares business
- Supporting the Spares Senior Leadership Team in delivering the proposition professionally and expediently to the customer base, meeting and exceeding all deadlines and agreed KPI’s.
**You**:
You’ll be self motivated and a real team player, ideally with some experience in a busy contact centre and have the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills. You’ll thrive in a team environment, supporting the wider team while setting and maintaining high standards of work. You’ll have excellent organisational skills, the ability to work on your own and you’ll love providing the best customer service. Basic excel skill is desirable, (although enthusiasm and a can-do attitude is just as important) further training will be given if needed.

- Proficient in IT skills in order to learn our computer systems and processes
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
