**Hours**: 9am - 6pm
The Customer Solutions Architect will be responsible for:
? Help develop the Customer Architecture Strategy and roadmap, leveraging information from other groups as required.
? Provide governance oversight to any enterprise-based solution/build within the customer space, ensuring aspects of MACH, Micro-Services, reuse, and services based architecture are applied to solutions.
? Contribute to the Customer Design Authority
? Ensure at high level the Customer projects are in line with our clients' Technology Design and Security Standards
? Guide projects and service teams in implementing the defined solution architecture
? Provide thought leadership to challenge and influence all technical designs to best leverage the capabilities of our platforms
? Liaises with specialist Solution Architects including:

- ? Data and Analytics architecture
- ? Platform architecture
- ? Technical architecture
- ? Security architecture
- ? Integration architecture
? Collaborates with the Enterprise Architects and Security Architects to signal potential updates to the EA Artefacts (Reference Models, Standards, Technology Reference Architecture etc.)
? Identify opportunities for continual improvement
Education, Qualifications and Experience Required:

- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or Computer Science
- **Architecture and Technical Expertise**:

- 8+ years demonstrated expertise designing solutions in a global enterprise environment, preferably FMCG
- Demonstrated broad working knowledge of relevant capabilities, including, but not limited to: Portals, Data, Security, etc. Demonstrated experience championing, designing, and implementing innovative solutions to problems.
- Comfortable with working across multiple technologies at high level, e.g. LMS, CMS, DAM, PIM, SEO, CDP, CRM, MDM, ERP, Marketing, Database, Social, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with architecting, designing and implementing large scale data solutions.
**- Functional Expertise**:

- Significant knowledge of digital channels, customer engagement and marketing within a large, global organization (preferably FMCG), including key business processes related to these areas
- Have substantial digital architecture consulting experience (internal and/or external).
- Have full-cycle experience in implementing IT solutions in agile mode
**- Leadership**:

- Demonstrated ability to deliver integrated Business-IT strategy
- Building International and cross divisional partnerships
- 5 years’ experience working with executive sponsors and senior business leadership teams developing and delivering strategy and operating plans with demonstrated competency
- Strategic thinking, leadership and relationship management
