Quattro Resourcing are delighted to be supporting our client based in Milton Keynes who have current vacancies for Nightshift Production Operatives, offering a highly competitive salary package along with performance bonuses.

**Position**: Production Operative (Nightshift)
**Location**: Milton Keynes
**Schedule**: Monday to Thursday, Full-time
**Working Hours**: 48 hours per week - 12 hour shifts - 6pm to 6am
**Weekends and Bank Holidays**: Not required.

The Production Machine Operator reports to the Production Manager and is primarily responsible for Weighing, Mixing and Making batches of adhesives from batch sheets prepared by the Production Planning Manager.

In this role you will also be expected to show a high level of organisational skills as well as keeping a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Safe operation of all equipment
- Full knowledge of production line
- Mixing and making all line products, including running speeds and temperatures
- Full packaging knowledge
- Weigh off batches correctly
- Completing batch records
- Dealing with complaints from lines and labelling
- Keep production unit to an acceptable standard of cleanliness
- Recognise when maintenance is required to ensure production is not compromised
- Stack pallets in a safe and secure manner
- Carry out all operations in compliance with the expected Quality Standards and Operating procedures and respecting all legal and company EHS-rules.

Minimum Requirements:

- Basic educational degree or High school diploma or general education diploma
- 3 years Manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of basic IT programs (MS office)
- Ability to read and understand work orders, production process, safety regulations and quality procedures and instructions.
- Availability to work night shifts

Preferred Requirements:

- Counterbalance Forklift Truck License
- Understanding of basic English
- Previous Manufacturing Experience - minimum 3 years
- Previous Manufacturing Machine Operating

Physical Environment:

- Required to stand for long periods of time
- Walk and climb stairs
- Use hands to remove or lift boxes
- Stretch and reach with arms extended
- Stoop and bend
- Regularly lift up to 25 kilos and up to 50 kilos with assistance
- Temperature, dust, smell, and noise are under normal chemical environment conditions

**Salary**: £37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
