**Array Aesthetics - Aesthetics Awards Best Clinic Ireland 2023 & 2024 -** is seeking a **full-time Clinic Coordinator** to join our team at our beautiful, state-of-the-art clinic on the Lisburn Road.
Array Aesthetics is a **doctor-led advanced aesthetics clinic** committed to delivering the highest standards of **safety, care, and clinical excellence**. We provide evidence-based aesthetic treatments that prioritise natural results and patient wellbeing.
Alongside our patient services, we also operate **Array Academy**, a leading training institute for medical professionals, dedicated to advancing standards in aesthetic medicine across Ireland.
Are you an organised, confident, and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment? We’re looking for a **Front of House / Clinic Coordinator** to join our team at **Array Aesthetics** - one of Ireland’s leading doctor-led aesthetics clinics.
**The Role**
As our **Clinic Coordinator**, you’ll be the welcoming face of Array - ensuring every patient enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
You’ll manage daily operations, coordinate appointments, support skincare and treatment sales, and keep our clinic running smoothly behind the scenes. From overseeing patient communication to assisting with surgeries, training courses, and skincare fulfilment, this is a varied, hands-on role that sits at the heart of our business.
**What You’ll Do**
- Provide a **warm, professional welcome** to all patients and visitors.
- Organise appointment bookings, confirmations, patient experience management and follow-ups.
- Conduct patient check-in and aftercare calls to ensure a smooth recovery journey.
- Support skincare and treatment **sales,** promoting products, skin protocols, and payment options.
- Oversee **Dr Storm’s skincare fulfilment**, including stock control and patient orders.
- Assist with **training administration,** scheduling delegates, coordinating models, and maintaining records.
- Provide **administrative support** for clinic surgeries and V300 training programmes.
- Help manage social media engagement and support marketing activity.
- Keep the clinic environment immaculate, organised, and ready for patients at all times.
