**Summary**:The main purpose of this role is to be the “face” of QPCA and support our Financial Adviser function to book and coordinate client meetings.

We would be open to part time employees who are able to commit to 3 days (21 hours a week) on a hybrid working basis.
**About the Role**:

- To provide a positive and professional service to our clients
- Organise Adviser’s diaries considering the Adviser’s workload and the location of the client meeting
- Research clients to obtain up to date contact details
- Demonstrate the benefits of a meeting to the client
- Ensure clients are kept informed and updated
- Ensure service agreements are met with clients
- Produce statistics upon request

**About You**:

- A good standard of general education with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Telephone based customer service experience is desirable
- Previous experience of working within Financial Services is desirable
- Good administration skills
- Computer Literate and confident using different IT systems
