We are a team which builds and configures all servers used by Citibank globally. We are looking for motivated Windows System Administrator to help deploy our infrastructure. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to grow their skills and work with new technologies in financial institution.

**What you’ll do**
- ** Deploying Windows Servers**:Play a key role in setting up and maintaining our Windows servers, cooperating with multiple teams.
- ** Automate and Optimize**:Use Ansible to automate server deployment and streamline processes - making systems smarter and more efficient utilizing Agile methodology.
- ** Improve Risk and Controls**: Implement security policies and best practices, develop automated and manual controls.
- ** Collaborate Across Teams**:Work liaison with Engineering, Production Support, Application Support to enable successful delivery to the clients.
- ** Grow with Us**:As you continue to develop, you will have a chance to take on more complex challenges and responsibilities.

**What we’ll need from you**
- ** Experience with Windows**: Whether you’ve been working with Windows servers for a while or you have got hands-on experience with Windows desktop versions, you’ll feel right at home with our toolset.
- ** Communication Skills**: On some cases there is a need to explain something simply. You can communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.
- ** Understanding automation**: You are familiar with what exactly is automation. You know how configuration and server task management works through Ansible or you have willingness to learn and grow with it.
- ** A Problem-Solving Mindset**: Whether it’s a server performance issue or a network glitch, you’ll be ready to dive in, troubleshoot, and solve problems.
- ** Team Player Attitude**: You thrive when collaborating with others and share your knowledge to help the team grow.
