Rainbows Day Nursery is a brand new nursery which opened last year. We are located in Diss on the Business park which has great transport links with Norwich and Ipswich being within walking distance of the train line.

Due to popularity and we are growing and expanding. We are currently seeking caring and enthusiastic individuals to work within our brand new, family run, day nursery. We have both full time and part time positions available.

Several roles available would suit applicants who have gained a level 3 Early Years qualification and have experience.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioners and Room Leaders to join our team. As a practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to make a positive impact on their development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being of each child
- Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting.
- Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare)
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week
