Maintenance Electrician Supervisor

Here is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies working on a static site based in Castle Donington, Derby. They are looking for a Senior Electrician / Supervisor to join their static maintenance team.
The role will involve undertaking PPM's, service and reactive work on a range of electrical plant as well as some mechanical plant such as AHU's, FCU's, Air Con etc on a distribution centre.
**40 hours per week**
NO STANDBY

**Responsibilities**:
- Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
- General building services tasks
- Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
- Duties will include: Electrical fault finding, wiring, emergency lights, power distribution, sockets, circuits, belts changes, filter changes and coil cleans on AHU's / FCU's, boiler resets, chiller checks, BMS Monitoring etc.
**Requirements**:
- Electrical - City & Guilds Level 3 electrical installation / Parts 1 & 2
- 18th Edition
- Test and Inspection
- Client Facing
- Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
