As a support worker for children and adults with learning Disabilities, you will be providing high quality support to people who have varying levels of learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, behaviours that challenge and complex needs. You will promote independence and dignity, empowering people to live how they choose. No two days will be the same One day you could be supporting someone with daily activities they find challenging such as eating or dressing, another you could be helping them to access local community services such as shops, education, cafes and parks.
