**Estate Operative position at Rendall & Rittner(SE1 - One Tower Bridge)**

**Working Hours** - 07:00 - 16.00 Monday - Friday

**Salary** - £20,800

**Contract** - permanent

**Your working environment?**

This role will be based at an exclusive development located on the South Bank of the River Thames. The development has 374 residential homes and benefits from amenities such as 24 hour concierge, a gym, residents spa, theatre and restaurants.

- you’ll help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development throughout your shifts by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns, helping to ensure the safety of everyone on the development.
- having a strong understanding of Health and Safety Processes.
- You’llhave a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections, cleaning and maintenance (externally and internally).
- your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment.
