**Location** - Central London (Bank / Cannon)

**Package** -**:£23K - £30kbasic salary for entry level. Flexible for experience + plus uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE, Year 2 OTE £45K OTE)**

**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role**:
Day to day responsibilities:

- Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high-quality professionals
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
- Negotiating offers
- Updating and maintaining our in-house database
- Learning about technology and global financial markets

- Degree educated or 6 months sales experience

- Motivated to hit KPIs
- Be able to collaborate well within a team
