**Role**:Night Senior Support Worker
**Location**: Holly Court, Mirfield
**Salary**: £14.91/hr
**Hours**: 37.5hours per week, including alternate weekend working
Holly Court is a fifteen-bed home with its own gardens, located on the main site in Mirfield. Split into three separate bungalows, it boasts three lounges, three communal assisted bathrooms and three kitchen / diners. Our supportive and welcoming team, work in a person-centered way to ensure the adults receive the best quality care and are supported to achieve their goals and learn new skills.
As a Night Senior Support Worker at Holly Court, your role will be as varied as the adults we care for, but day to day duties will include:
- Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
- Promoting person-centered, high-quality care
- Conducting supervisions and one to ones with staff
- Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation
- Administering and auditing medication(s)
