**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments as necessary.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and in person, providing information about services offered and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all information is up to date and compliant with data protection regulations.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, managing correspondence, and ordering office supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment; familiarity with dental practice management software is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour
