**JamesLife caring company is looking for experienced care workers with a kind caring nature to help individuals to live their best life in their own homes and in the community.**

We are seeking a committed and compassionate Support Worker / Carer to support a young man with mild cerebral palsy / non verbal / learning difficulties, in the Caerphilly area. He has a wonderful nature and is always smiling We have a committed team and are looking for care professionals to join us.

He requires 1 to 1 support in all aspects of his life (personal care/eating/preparing food) and requires a wheelchair when out on trips and community outings. This position is totally focussed on the individual and providing the highest quality of care.

There are a range of hours and working patterns available:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
- 4 / 8 hour shifts
- Day / over night
- Nightshifts 8 till 8 Mon/Wed/Sat/Sun

**Essential Criteria**
- Experience in a care role, specifically 1 to 1
- Kind and patient
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Enhanced DBS

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.54 per hour
