Network health care are currently recruiting agency care assistants to provide cover at a range of care homes across Orpington, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and surrounding areas. Flexible working. Preferences given according to your transport logistics. Rates of payare dependent on care home and type of shift (weekends/Bank holidays). All care assistants require a DBS check and must have up to date training (training can be provided). The role will be providing relief cover to care homes. As a care Assistant, you maybe required to support people with their personal care, support with eating/drinking, support people in the community, provide companionship, record care records, and more as the support people need will be person centred. Experience is essential. Qualificationsare desirable but not essential as important that the person has the right values and training can be given. We are looking for care assistants who are caring, empathetic, kind, patient, compassionate, hardworking, reliable, flexible, and able to work on theirown initiative.
