We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

We'd like you to join us as a **Children’s Care Assistant** at our young clients care package in **Poole.**

**When you'll be working**:

- Waking night shifts
- 10pm-8am
- Bank position - only hours available sometimes to cover (not regular weekly hours)
- Flexible zero hours contract

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to monitor and support the baby in their own home overnight. This will involve personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.

**No previous experience required **as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
