We are delighted to have opened Bingley Park Care Home in October this year and would like to invite you to come along for the exciting journey Bingley Park is based in the heart of the Bingley community, and we are adding to our elite team.

You have your NVQ Level 2 and don’t want to stop there we won’t stop you we will promote your training

Bingley Park are searching for Senior Care Assistants to join our team and continue to promote our high standards and family feel. As a Senior Care Assistant you are important and integral to the team and you are important and needed by the residents.

As a Senior Care Assistant you will be responsible for a number areas in the home:

- Helping support residents with their morning routines to get ready for the day,
- Working with families to understand each residents needs, desires and purpose in their daily lives,
- Checking on residents in a timely manner to ensure they are comfortable, their dignity is respected and they feel safe and secure at all time,
- Being the individual who supports the residents, keeping them company and keeping their purpose in life strong,
- You will help support and lead the care assistants in the home, assisting with questions, advice and ensuring the day runs smoothly,
- You will dispense medication to each resident through the day and recording information in a timely and accurate manner,
- Assisting care assistants with ensuring the home is kept clean and records are diligently updated,
- Working closely with external bodies to ensure the appropriate level of care is provided to each resident,
- Updating and reviewing care plans in accordance with regulations and policies,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.03 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
