Daytime Supervisor

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, experienced and organised day time supervisor to run our breakfast and lunch service in our brasserie restaurant.. Working 7am to 3/4 pm 5 days a week with fixed days off.
- You will be required to be approachable, hard working and confident.
- You will be expected to run and control service.
- You will be meeting new guests and welcoming returning customers, as such you will be focal to enhancing the customer experience.
- You must be able to speak to the customers confidently and be able to answer questions about the products on
- Attention to detail is critical, from cleanliness of the restaurant and dressing tables, presentation of food and drink and dealing with customer issues, allergies or requests under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 45 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
