The property features over 90 beautifully appointed bedrooms, a welcoming bar and restaurant, and flexible meeting and event spaces, including a grand ballroom—making it a popular choice for both leisure guests and corporate clients.

THE ROLE
Consistently delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, room preparation and presentation throughout the estate, including deep cleaning exercises
Taking huge pride in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of your allocated rooms, corridors, service and public areas are always achieved
Restocking and replacing items in guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas, making sure our guests have everything they need, in advance of their arrival or return to their room
Servicing our guest bedrooms and bathrooms by order of floor/section; making beds professionally following our procedures clearly and attentively; cleaning all surfaces and floors; showers, baths, basins, bidets, and toilets, all of this to the highest standard
Vacuuming bathrooms, bedrooms floors, corridors, stairs, and lifts to remove all debris; checking the vacuum cleaner each week; expertly using the correct cleaning materials for each particular task
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
The kind of person we're looking for:
Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a similar role though full training is offered; you'll also be available to work a flexible schedule
Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Grosvenor's brand
You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
You'll be required to interact with our guests so a strong grasp of English language, both written and spoken, are essential; additional languages would also be beneficBenefits*
