**Support Worker** **- Tithe Barn SL6**
**Waking Nights - from £11.70 per hour**

Our teams provide individualised care and support for people with learning disabilities, autistic people and people with physical disabilities living in their community. At Tithe Barn, our 2-bedroom service located on the outskirts of Maidenhead, we support two **female** customers with moderate to severe learning disabilities. We recognise that each person has unique interests, needs and preferences and support customers to be as self-sufficient as possible, working closely with them and their support networks to explore options to help them reach their goals.

We are recruiting for a support worker to work **3 nights a week**. The service is lone working at night and **shift times are 2200-0700**. Shifts are on a two-week rolling rota and will include alternate weekends.

Unless local, this role would be best suited for people with access to their own transport due to the location and limited public transport services.

Experience in social care would be beneficial but is not necessary as full training is provided. Your role will be to support our customers through the night and could include assisting with evening routine and managing medication, as well as supporting with emotional and physical wellbeing. The role will also include domestic duties, such as preparing the service for the following day’s activities, and ensuring the safety and security of the site throughout the night.
