Blue Arrow is in search for multiple experienced Receptionists in and around Stone. Previous experience is desirable and ideally if you have administrative experience, good

people skills and are able to multi-task then this will be a fitting role for you.

**What is my pay as a receptionist?**
The pay per hour is starting from £11.00

**What are my hours and shift patterns?**
This is a full-time role, depending on the client your start times will differ from 8am/8/8:30am/9am and finish times from 4:30pm/5:00pm/5:30pm

**What is my contract?**
You will be working on a temporary basis however, there are opportunities to go from temporary to permanent again, depending on the client.

**What are my duties and responsibilities as a receptionist?**
- Greeting visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting mail
- Completing administrative tasks
- Ordering supplies for the office
- Providing customer support when needed
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment in check as well as order any necessary office supplies.
- Performing clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, transcribing, filing, keeping records of office expenses, sorting and distributing paperwork, and so on.
- Manage calendars by scheduling important meetings, arranging travel and accommodation.

**What skills and attributes do I need to be a successful receptionist?**
- Confident on the phone
- Confident speaking with people face-to-face
- Able to remain professional
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Previous experience is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working within an office environment
- A good listener
- Able to remain calm in busy periods
- Problem solving
