**Distribution Supervisor**

Pendragon PLC is recruiting for a Distribution Supervisor to work within the Quickco division. Quickco is an independent genuine parts wholesale business in the UK. The business distributes both genuine manufacturer labelled parts and matching quality parts sourced from the original manufacturers.

The role of Distribution Supervisor is a varied and interesting opportunity to influence and contribute to the success of the business. Reporting in the first instance to the Warehouse Leader and having a direct link to the Operation Development Leader to support the Quickco business and achieve its business objectives, by ensuring that the warehouse and distribution environment run smoothly.

What does the role of Distribution Supervisor involve?
- Supervise multiple associates
- Organise and plan van runs
- Supervise courier delivery services
- Supervise the returns department
- Checking accuracy of parts picked
- Standard controls on picking aisles
What qualities do I need to succeed in the Distribution Supervisor role?
- Highly organised
- Ideally to have Management/Leader previous experience
- Good communication skills
- Experience working in a warehouse and distribution environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging and constantly changing environment
- Ideally have a current fork lift licence
- A full driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
