Arch Care Services is **hiring Community Mental Health Support Workers** to join our dedicated team in North Somerset. You will provide both emotional and practical support to empower people in their daily lives. **No previous experience or qualifications? No problem** We offer a paid position starting at _£12.21 per hour_ and provide **comprehensive training from the start**, with ongoing development throughout your employment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Provide Emotional Support**: Offer understanding, companionship, and encouragement to clients living with mental health challenges.

- **Promote Independence**: Empower people to build their confidence and skills while maintaining as much independence as possible.
- **Collaborate with the Care Team**: Work alongside families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to deliver coordinated, person-centred care.
- **Safeguarding & Advocacy**: Monitor well-being, promote safety, and act in the best interests of clients at all times.
