**The Key Responsibilities**:
**You will also**:

- Monitor the ongoing capital position against risk appetite and reportaccordingly to the relevant committees (e.g. ALCO)
- Update and enhance the capital stress testing model.
- Support internal and external audits including C-SREP.
- Support the COREP preparation and review process.
- Maintain and further develop relevant policies and procedures.
- Will be someone with at least 3-5 years relevant experience of working in Treasury/Capital or Risk function, with knowledge of the car financing market being desirable but not essential.
- Will have experience in the preparation and delivery of ICAAP documents and an in-depth knowledge of solvency risk management and stress testing in a retail bank.
- Will have excellent financial modelling and advanced EXCEL skills and will have familiarity with regulation (Basel III, CRD)
