**Location**: Imerys - Cornwall (Par Moor Centre) **Salary**: Competitive
**Role**: Temporary Documentation Assistant **Hours**: Monday to Friday 37.5 a week (flexible)
**Job Summary**: Documentation and Customer Service Assistant based at Par Moor Centre, reporting to the Export Documentation Supervisor.
The purpose of the role will be to assist the Export Documentation Supervisor to ensure we meet the criteria for all local port, sea container and road movements worldwide assuring that the associated administrative tasks are performed quickly and efficiently with necessary documents to meet the Customers and Customs demands.
**The role main responsibilities**: To deal with all documentation for all container and road movements worldwide, and continuous monitoring for movements of sea containers and trailers to worldwide markets.
- Manage the relationships with customers, internal and external.
- Create, produce, handle, monitor and courier documentation including Customs documents.
- Create, check and GR purchase orders and purchase requisitions for export shipments.
- Generate, monitor and handle courier services for distribution of documentation including reconciliation of account invoices.
- Verify invoices received for export shipments (check, approve, pass for authorisation and send for payment).
- Provide cover and assistance for container and road movements.
- Maintain internal ERP to update relevant customer order information.
- Cover where necessary when other members of the team are out of the office

**Requirements**: The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Be educated to GCSE or equivalent, to include Maths and English and an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent, and EDCL Level 1 & 2, would be an advantage
- Have relevant experience of working in an office environment
- A sound knowledge of Customer Service, order processing and full set of export documentation as well as bulk shipments handling processing would be an advantage, however full training would be provided.
