This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business in the AM top 100 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners.We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing world class customer service to join our outstanding team in assisting with the cover of maternity leave, fixed term for 12 months.
**About the Business**
Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 100 car dealers in the country, with an ambition to be in the top 50 very soon. Across our 16 businesses we have a stable workforce of over 400 people, many of whom have been with us for years. **What does the role of Sales Administrator involve?**
As a Sales Administrator, you will complete all associated administration duties associated with purchasing a vehicle. This will include all invoicing paperwork, the online taxing and registering of vehicles and updating of internal sale systems.
You will work closely with our Guest Experience Hosts to ensure our guests receive the best possible service when it comes to vehicle handover.
Working hours will be Monday
- Friday, 9:30am-2:30pm with a 15 minute break, totalling 23.75 hours a week
- Salary
- £14,250+ bonus totalling potential maximum per annum earnings of circa £17,000.00
**What do you need to be a successful Sales Administrator?**
Experience in a franchised dealer environment preferred but not essential
Strong administration skills plus Microsoft at an intermediate level
Outstanding organisational skills and great attention to detail.
**Duties will include**:
- Produce vehicle invoices
- ** The online taxing and registering of vehicles**
- Updating of internal sale systems.
