I am delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in the South of England who are looking for an experienced strategic HR Business Partner. This is a newly created position due to growth and to provide strategic HR support to three Directors and theCOO. The business has revolutionised the way they work, offering flexible and hybrid working, a very progressive culture, unlimited holiday and measure performance on output.
This position is self-managed with a dotted line to the People Director and working alongside an HR team who will provide operational support. The role is aligned to the SLT within Customer Services providing all strategic HR Business Partnering to a clientgroup with a headcount of c.900. The client group is going through significant change and transformation and as the HR Business Partner you will lead on projects and programmes focused on strategic workforce planning, talent management and succession planning,mergers and acquisitions, reward and high level/complex ER. There will also be a heavy focus on the target operating model and organisation design as part of this significant transformation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly successful and proven HR Business Partner who has been operating at a strategic level and can demonstrate experience on large scale change and transformation projects. You will be commercially focused with greatbusiness acumen and have the credibility, gravitas and knowledge to engage and influence with senior stakeholders across the business. Your expertise on strategic HR tasks will be demonstrated throughout your career along with your ability to achieve resultsand deliver business goals.
This position can be based at a number sites in Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire if you wanted an office environment to work in or to combine with this working from home.
