We are currently looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a FOH Team Member at Henlle Heights in Gobowen, Oswestry, Shropshire, England. This is a part-time role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front of house area.

As a FOH Team Member, you will be the face of our business and the first point of contact for our guests. Your main duties will include greeting and seating customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area. You will also be required to work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and that customers receive a high level of service.

To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive and friendly attitude. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. You must also be able to work well under pressure, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Have a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Are able to work evenings and weekends
- Have a good level of spoken English
- Are able to reliably commute to our location - own car or use of a car is required.
- Bar and Barista skills would be a plus

Pay: £8.90-£11.44 per hour
