HR Intern

Are you looking to broaden your HR knowledge & experience?

Severfield plc are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team, based in our newly refurbished Thirsk office, North Yorkshire. This will be a temporary, 12-month internship.

You will support with Global Mobility, including coordination of employee relocations, including visa and immigration processes. You will support with the preparation of necessary documentation, and keeping track of records, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

The internship also offers the opportunity to get involved in wider HR activities, such as supporting with recruitment and onboarding administration, maintenance of HR systems, and assisting in the preparation and execution of employee engagement activities and events. Due to the nature of the work, you will be expected to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
We are looking for someone who is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong interest in HR, particularly in global mobility and employee relations.

You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of the wider HR team.
