KOL is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Server to join our restaurant family. With team members from all backgrounds, we share in our approach to deliver personality driven service in a relaxed and nurturing environment.

- A passion for food, wine and service
- A desire to create an incredible and intuitive dining experience for all our guests
- The ability to work as part of a team of other passionate waiters, managers, bar tenders and

sommeliers
- To be able to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Friendly, humble and considerate individuals who love to learn
- Immaculate personal presentation

Who we are - The Restaurant

Located in Marylebone in Central London, KOL is Chef Santiago Lastra’s take on Mexican cuisine. The restaurant uses the best of British ingredients, wild food and seasonality to create dishes that reflect the bright fresh flavours of Mexico. The restaurant has an exciting wine list which focuses on natural and biodynamic wines from across Central and Eastern Europe, along with an incredible agave list.
