**Your role as Administrator with Croudace.**

You will provide effective, high quality administrative support to the functions of the Design department. Establish and maintain electronic and paper filing system, so that information can be readily retrieved, edited, transmitted and disposed of in accordance with GDPR guidelines and compliance policies.

You will also Create and maintain departmental reports and documents utilising databases, spreadsheets and communication tools.

**About you**
- 1-2 years’ experience gained in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external customers/clients at all levels.
- Highly organised.
- Proficient user of MS-Office suite
- Good word processing skills and ability to type efficiently.
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
