As a Wellbeing Lead at our Kingston Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you’ll hold either CIMSPA membership, Level 3 REPs or equivalent. With experience of designing and managing fitness programmes for groups and individuals, you bring the ability to teach studio programmes. Ideally, you know how to help your colleagues develop and grow.

As a Wellbeing Lead, you will:

- Support the Fitness Manager across the fitness arm of our health and wellbeing offering
- Strive for innovation and excellence in everything you do
- Carry out managerial administration, determined by the Fitness Manager
- Be responsible for the gym floor service, presentation and maintenance
- Promote and deliver fitness programmes, re-assessments and Health MOTs
- Support and champion our express classes and ‘Meet our Experts’ sessions

- Salary is based on 40 hours a week, made up of 32 hours gym floor with 8 hours of PT sessions, as you increase your PT sessions you reduce your gym floor hours. You have earning potential up to _£55,224_ (32 PT sessions and 8 hours gym floor). *PT sessions have a sliding scale, as the more you deliver the more your take home earning potential is._
