An exciting opportunity based within a law firm in Witney are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team. The firm are happy to consider all routes of qualification / experience including Solicitor, Legal Executiveor Licensed Conveyancers. The role would suit a dynamic and enthusiastic lawyer who is keen to take the next step in their career within a friendly and supportive environment. In return for your hard work, you will be competitively remunerated.

**Duties will include**:

- Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion
- Drafting and approving various legal documentation
- Effectively maintain the firm’s case management system
- Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with
- Conduct legal research where appropriate
- Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice
- Attend to clients of the Firm on a regular basis

**Desired skills**:

- Fee earning experience essential
- Demonstrate dedicated training and experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven track record of meeting targets
- Professional and proactive approach
- Sound legal knowledge
- All levels of experience will be considered
