Our Cellar Person is tasked with the very important role of looking after our Beer, Spirits & Wine.
It’s a big responsibility.delivering the perfect pint to our customers requires our equipment to be in tip top condition.
You will be responsible for stock management, cellar cleanliness and maintenance.
Alongside this there will be some general building maintenance and management in those early hours before the rest of the Management team start.
Work starts around 6am to 7am depending on deliveries so you need to be an early riser and finishes around 11pm to 12pm dependent on Start time 6 days a week with Thursday been your day off.
Some cellar experience preferred but not essential, full training available.
This position is instrumental to the distribution of products in the pub and bars. Company pension and 50% discount on all food and drink
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To organize and monitor inventory levels to maximize efficiency.
- To organize the reception of products. - To organize the rotation of products.
- To organise and manage the cellar - To assist in procurement requirements
- To restore products daily in bars - To keep area’s around the pub and accommodation clean and today
