To maintain Care skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain practices as up-to-date.
- To provide leadership to the Care staff within Aegis Care Solutions Ltd
- To organise and coordinate care services in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed on standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the direction of the manager, and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time.
- To organise, coordinate and supervise the Care services within the company in accordance with agreed standards.
**Main Duties**
- Develop effective working relationships with the Registered Manager of the Company.
- Support an open, positive and inclusive management culture.
- Participate in the evaluation of the company against the agreed organisational goals, as well as business and quality objectives.
- Work to establish effective employer-employee relationships.
- Minimise legal risks
- Ensure the Service Users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
- To ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of Aegis Care Solutions Ltd and supervise staff.
- Participate in the maintenance of the companies management information systems.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of care policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the standards required by legislation related to the registration of the company, and other legal documents.
- Act within the company’s budget based on the companies objectives and within the projected revenue.
- Work in a cost-effective manner.
- Be involved in the implementation and maintenance of the companies quality assurance program.
- Assist in the design and administration of an evaluation of the Care standards and care service provision.
- Systematically solve day-to-day problematic issues that arise.
**-On weekends you will be on call as part of your job if cover is required**
**-Need to be a driver**
**-Work is mainly office based but would include covering some calls in the field should we be short staffed.**
**-Rate of pay will be reviewed after 3 month**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £16.00-£18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID.Full PPE must be worn by all staff when in service users homes.
All staff are tested for COVID twice a week (more frequently if symptomatic).
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leeds, LS7 1AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- UK Drivers License (preferred)
