**Role Responsibilities**: To oversee a team of Telesales Executives, ensuring that their individual and team targets are achieved in line with the overall telesales plan. Providing qualified new business opportunities/leads from our marketing databases, working closely with Sales and Marketing functions. To execute industry leading follow ups to campaigns and economic events. These will be of excellent quality to ensure the sales teams around the UK have the best possible chance to convert these to clients. The TTL will ensure that the brand is upheld alongside our parent, as an institution of high morale standing and first-class customer service. To lead and develop the team through clear and open communication. The TTL will ensure systems and procedures are efficiently created, adhered to, and constantly evaluated. To provide insight and guidance to the Sales and Marketing leadership with regards campaign direction, data usage, output improvements and personnel. **KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**: To lead a team of Telemarketing Consultants Experience of a fast-paced Telemarketing environment or similar in the B2B space Experience of using CRM and Data Mining software Ability to review and make improvements to existing protocols and processes An ability to interact with people at all levels across the whole of the company Extremely well organised Interaction with senior colleagues to help set the teams direction of travel A good team worker and can-do attitude **DUTIES INVOLVED**: To manage the end-to-end process of generating high quality leads Creating and improving the correct level of MI for senior leadership Lead, coach, and recruit Telesales professionals Own the "ShadowPortfolio" of potential clients ensuring your team live and breathe the company Customer Service ethos. Ensure compliance with the relevant regulators where applicable Maintain a high level of personal and professional communication skills Attend Sales and Marketing Executive committee meetings from time to time
