We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Mental Health Practitioner to join the Urgent Help Service a Crisis Team in our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)

As a Mental Health Practitioner, you'll play a crucial role in providing care and support to service users with complex mental health needs. Your work will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including other healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organisations, to ensure that your clients receive the best possible care.
Some of the key responsibilities of your role will include crisis risk assessments and risk management, care planning, collaborative working, supporting junior colleagues and crisis duty work to help young people stay in the community.
Overall, your work as a Mental Health Practitioner will be challenging, but also incredibly rewarding. By providing compassionate care and support to service users in need, you'll be making a meaningful difference in their lives and helping them to achieve their full potential.
