Skin Therapist and Front of House Coordinator

Location: Jesmond, Newcastle, UK

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform advanced skin treatments, including Microneedling (skin pen) and skin peels (Alumier MD), to the highest standard
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client treatments and consultations
- Recommend and sell appropriate skincare products to clients
- Ensure the treatment room and reception area are clean and well-maintained at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- At least 2 years of experience as a skin therapist
- Knowledge and experience in performing Microneedling (skin pen ideally) and skin peels (Alumier MD ideally)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- 2-3 days a week with room for increasing hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- microneedling: 2 years (preferred)
- skin peel: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (preferred)

Work Location: One location
