You will be supporting and coaching your team whilst takingresponsibility for the product and technical roadmaps. You will be:

- Taking the product and technical roadmap and making sure that requirements are all properly defined for the engineers
- Managing the day-to-day work of your team to make sure they are hitting KPIs in terms of quality and delivery
- Contributing to the product strategy, setting goals, and supporting your team
- Driving team goals forward by organising work and setting realistic milestones
- Finding areas for improvement and understanding performances
- Managing stakeholder expectations ensuring that challenges are correctly communicated
- Conducting 1-1s to improve individuals
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team
- Managing performance and providing useful feedback
- Helping with issues across productivity and communication
- A key figure in recruiting new hires
Ideally you will have experience in some of the following:

- PHP/ TypeScript/ JavaScript
- Symfony, Laravel, Zend etc
- AWS, MySQL
- Linux
