NLB Solutions are working with a large local business that are looking for a accounts assistant that is able to work across the finance team and assist with reconciliations, invoicing on both Purchase and Sales Ledgers and a small amount of credit control.This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take on and progress throughout the business with support of the AAT qualification.

With a great manager that is looking to help the new individual grow and develop, this is a role that ask for an individual that has an eye for detail, an element of experience on reconciliations and a desire to get things right. This is a newly createdrole so there is an element of learn from both the company and the new individual.

**Duties**:

- Allocate income to each account
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Liaise with suppliers on remittances and payments
- Raise rental invoices
- Prepare journals
- Request VAT invoices and deductions
- Notify suppliers of arrears

Person spec:

- Experience in Finance or Credit Control
- Excel experience
- Excellent communication skills
- AAT studier (ideally)
