**General Foreman**

Location: Solihull, West Midlands

Engagement : Permanent

Salary : £55,000 - £75,000 + car allowance, 6% pension and 25 days holiday (if this does not meet what you are looking for contact me as there is flexibility)

Our client, who is a very successful national civils sub-contractor, is looking for an experienced General Foreman to join their team in Solihull. The General Foreman will be overseeing structures and earthworks projects on a HS2 site.

The client is looking for someone with proven experience in a General Foreman position within civil engineering and someone who has worked on structures projects within their career. Your experience will need to include projects valued at £10mil and above due to the size of the project that you will be overseeing.

**Key responsibilities for this General Foreman role**:
Manage team on structures and earthworks packages

Maintain company standards of quality and safety

Report into Project Director

**Experience required for this General Foreman role**:
Experience working on structures/highways/heavy civils projects

3-5 years experience as General Foreman on projects valued above £10mil

Experience working for main contractors or sub contractors
