**Employment Advisor** Salary: (£28,078 - £30,515 per annum)*
**Permanent**

The job affords an opportunity to help our customers find independence and to provide an opportunity to improve their lives, in line with their own ambitions, by entering employment. The role will include the provision of a holistic package of ongoing support and advice, to guide the customer towards finding their ideal job. It enables the job holder to get satisfaction out of helping others.
The job holder will support the customer with regular contact and the provision of welfare and employability support. This range from overcoming barriers to work, to CV building and interview preparation and everything in between.
