**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support organisational operations
- Provide administrative support to project manager, site supervisors, and construction teams
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and databases
- Prepare project documentation
- Support health and safety compliance by ensuring documentation and records are up to date
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking for project-related costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Support project management/co-ordinator and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Place orders and liaise with Sub-Contractors/Suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Assist with site inspections and project handovers
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or construction, telecoms related fields - not mandatory but would be preferable
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools
- High level of discretion with confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction industry - not mandatory but willing to learn
**Education**:
- GSCEs
