We are a growing company, that covers all aspects of building works, groundwork’s. Both commercial and domestic.

We are wanting someone who can;
- Joinery 1st/2nd fixing.
- Roofing where needed.
- Flooring
- Plasterboarding
- Stud walls
- Insulating
- Snagging where required.
- Window/door fitting
- Siliconing
- Property refurbishment
- Conversions
- And many other job roles as required.

Also be knowledgeable in other areas would be advantageous. We offer many services within our company.

Must have full driving license.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare rough drawings and specifications
- Build and construct structures according to specifications
- Perform all construction tasks by means of appropriate tools and equipment
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Prepare reports and schedules
- Carry out construction tasks of various sizes, shapes and materials
- Coordinate with partners (e.g. subcontractors)
- Prepare drawings for installation of machinery, equipment or other objects on site or in another location
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company head or project manager

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a **joiner** or similar role in the construction industry
- Working knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills along with good communication abilities (written and oral)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: £17.00-£22.00 per hour
