The client is a not for profit based in Purley.
**Description**
The key responsibilities of the HR Coordinator will be to:
- Assist in performance management procedures
- Document sickness, grievances and other staff related issues
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests
- Maintain records of personnel data in database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Schedule meetings/interviews/events
- Submit reports on HR activity
- Employment law knowledge
- Payroll
**Profile**
- CIPD Level 5/working towards
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (ideal)
- Organisation and time management skills
- Able to pay attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills - able to build positive relationships with stakeholders
- 2+ years in HR
**Job Offer**
- Full time, permanent role based in Purley
- Monday - Friday
- Salary up to £35,000
